Description
To cancel this purchase, a maximum refund of 75 per cent may be provided either 30 days from payment or before returning the signed contract with the human resources professional, whichever is earliest. After either of those scenarios have occurred, all fees are non-refundable. To initiate a refund, clients must contact service@arcora.ca and include their name, case file number, receipt and the reason for the cancellation so we can process the refund, if applicable.
