What’s the process for professionals when working with Arcora clients?
The basics of our process are as follows:
Intake
1. The client contacts Arcora to request support.
- We carefully review our network to determine the best fit. We work hard to ensure our clients are always connected to the professional best suited to meet their needs, so there’s no guarantee that professionals will receive a specific number of referrals within a given time period.
- We check with the professional to see if they can accept the referral.
- Once you accept a referral, we email you a referral package with the client’s first name and last initial only, along with a confidential code. You will also have access to the client’s contact information in E-tera.
- We pass your contact information to the client so they can initiate contact. We encourage clients to take ownership for their health and well-being, which is why proactively booking their first session is part of our process. You may also reach out to the client to facilitate this.
2. The client books their first session.
- You confirm contact information from the client and share relevant information for their session (e.g. office location).
Sessions
1. First session
- During this session , you must review and discuss the Arcora consent form with your client.
- After the session, log into e-Tera and enter the Treatment Plan and your first Session Report.
2. Subsequent sessions
- Enter the Session Reports in e-Tera and submit invoices monthly.
Ending Treatment
- Enter the Treatment Conclusion in e-Tera, which will close the file.
- Note that we will follow up after 60 days of file inactivity to check on the counselling status and ensure timely file closure.
