Who decides the focus of an Arcora coaching session?
Your coaching journey is entirely employee-led and, together with your coach, you’ll decide the focus of your session(s). No information from your employer is required for you to pursue or benefit from coaching. However, if you’d like to ask your direct manager or employer for input on which topics to focus on, you’re more than welcome to do so.
Additionally, while your employer may be provided with high-level, aggregate program usage reports on occasion, these reports never include any identifying information. In fact, if there is any risk of exposure at all, we simply don’t issue them because your privacy comes first.
