Research psychologist, Dr. Marc Milot, shares independent evidence of the impact of the Arcora* Employee Assistance Program (EAP) on employees. The data illustrates that employees who accessed the program found improved health outcomes, including lower anxiety, depression, overall psychological distress, work presenteeism and work-related distress. Additionally, they experienced higher work engagement and greater life satisfaction. Dr. Milot also shares his perspective on using a Return on Value (ROV) approach for insurers when assessing other outcomes, such as reduced disability claims and prescription drug costs.
