Leading with care.
As a leading provider of high-touch, value-added and evidence-based assistance programs to businesses and people across Canada, we’re proud to say that our programs and service delivery are constantly tried and tested—and continue to lead the way.
We offer psychosocial counselling, available to covered individuals and their family members through referrals to our national network of independent, highly qualified counselling professionals. Arcora’s counselling services are available in multiple modalities—in person, by phone and virtually.
Our care fundamentals
Our programs are designed to be goal-oriented and outcome-based, so we look for counselling methodologies that offer practical tools, problem-solving strategies and solution-focused skill building.
We have a stay-at-work/return-to-work philosophy embedded in all programs, custom solutions to best meet client needs and a unique individual/counsellor matching process that works.
Counsellors in our network share similar standards of practice and scope of care, including:
- Being attentive, inclusive and responsive to client diversity.
- Being able to regularly take on referrals.
- Working ethically, and in the best interest of everyone we serve.
- Working in the domains of thoughts, feelings, emotions, expressions, learning, behaviour and development.
- Promoting mental health by developing and enhancing all facets of well-being, personal awareness and decision-making and problem-solving skills.
