We offer our clients outcome-focused support rooted in positive psychology, through referrals to our national network of independent, highly qualified coaches. Arcora’s coaching services are available virtually through our custom delivery platform.
What you’ll need to join our network
We look for coaching professionals who:
*Exceptions may apply for equivalents of education & experience, subject to approval from Arcora.

Have 60 hours of coach-specific education aligned with the ICF definition of coaching, ICF Core Competencies and ICF Code of Ethics.

Have at least 100 hours (75 paid) of coaching experience with at least eight clients.

Have at least 10 hours of experience working with a certified mentor coach.

Have a demonstrated ability to apply and adhere to ICF Core Competencies (August 2022).

Have access to a Zoom Workplace Pro account for video sessions and have the digital literacy necessary to manage online reporting, etc.

Are fluent in English, French or both (additional languages are an asset).

Can provide copies of all degrees and/or certifications for all coaching and related non-coaching education and training.

Can provide documented certification of all psychometric and specialty coaching tool certifications that confirm your ability to administer, access and interpret results (if applicable). Note that coaches must secure our approval to use these tools prior to engaging with an Arcora client.
