What should I expect when accessing workplace coaching?
With Arcora, you can access confidential and professional workplace coaching through the comfort of your own home, your office or on the go thanks to our custom delivery platform. Here are the steps you can expect as you get started with Arcora coaching:
- All staff identified to participate will be invited to our integrated platform to set up an account.
- During the account set up, you’ll be prompted to share your challenges and goals on the platform, which will help us match you with the professional in our network best suited to meet your needs.
- Once you’ve been matched, you’ll be prompted to book your first session and start realizing those goals! Bear in mind there are some things the coaches in our network are and aren’t able to provide. Here’s a list to help you be aware of the difference:
