What should I expect when requesting human resources guidance?

If you’re looking to access HR guidance, you simply:
- Call us at 1-877-412-7483 and provide your policy number or complete the online form (which is also available on our Digital Business Library).
- A member of our intake team will actively listen to your issue and match you with the HR professional best suited to meet your needs and most likely to produce a successful outcome for your business.
- The HR professional will then connect with you by phone, and you’ll work together to address your issue.
When connecting with an HR professional in our network, here’s what we do/don’t provide:

Mental health counselling
Depending on your plan, you may have the option to refer employees who are struggling. In these cases, we have an extensive Canadian counsellor network that can provide the timely and confidential support employees need—either through phone, virtual or in-person sessions. To refer an employee, have them call us at 1-877-412-7483 or complete the online form, and provide them with your customer number and their employee number (note they may also be asked for their referring manager’s name). We’ll take care of the rest.

You may also have access to the Digital Business Library—a carefully curated online library of business information and resources (including sample forms, how-to guides, podcasts and videos) that you can access at any time to supplement the HR professional telephone guidance.
