Business Contracts: Understanding Standard Clauses

This course will cover the types of clauses found in most, if not all, standard contracts. You’ll review the identity of the parties, purpose of the preambles, establishment of obligations, terms of default and remedies following default, indemnities and boilerplate clauses (e.g. applicable laws, notice provisions, severability, entire agreement, enurement).
